How can I pay?
In cash, in euros, US dollars or Egyptian pounds. Card payment is available if you ask for it when you book.
When do I pay?
You pay the driver directly at the end of the ride. No deposit or advance payment is needed.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight and the driver waits for you at no extra cost, even if you land hours late.
How will I find my driver?
The driver waits for you just outside the airport, holding a Dino Transfer sign with your name on it. For anything you need, you write directly to Dino on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, for free up to 24 hours before pickup. Just send a message on WhatsApp.
Are child seats available?
Yes, EU-standard child seats, free of charge. Tell us your children's ages when you book.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes, on request you can always stop: for a photo, a supermarket or a break.
Is the price per car or per person?
The price per car is the one in the calculator: it applies to airport transfers and short rides, with luggage, airport fees, parking and fuel included. Excursions are priced per person, because they can include entrance tickets or other fees paid per person. Their price is a starting price: it depends on how many you are and on what you need. We can also build tailor-made packages, so write to Dino for more information.
How early should I book?
Ideally at least 24 hours before. For last-minute rides, write on WhatsApp and Dino will tell you straight away if a driver is free.
